Warranty Coverage:

Professional Series Light Warranty: Enjoy a 3-year warranty covering the aluminum housing, end caps, lens, and workmanship from the purchase date. Additionally, we offer a 2-year warranty on switches, ballasts, bulbs, and the power cord and jack. Should you encounter any issues within this period or after the warranty has expired, please reach out for details on warranty repair and service.

LED Series Light Warranty: Our LED lights come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, specifically covering the UV light strip against LED failures. Please note, this warranty does not cover physical damage to the light strip or issues arising from improper wiring.

Important Notes:

• Damage from improper wiring or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
• Our lights are designed to float for easy retrieval, not for underwater use. Allow 12 to 24 hours to dry before the next use if retrieved from water.
• Warranty void if the light is tampered with or altered. Inspection rights reserved.

Warranty Registration:

• If your light did not include a warranty card, please email your name and serial number to warranty@tablerockblacklights.com. The serial number is found on the UPC label (e.g., 602-0123 or 10702-0123).
• Online purchases from our site are automatically registered.

To Activate Your Warranty: Complete and mail the warranty card included with your light, along with a copy of your purchase receipt, to Table Rock Black Lights within 30 days of purchase. This warranty is valid for the original owner only, with a duly registered warranty card.
